Cambia Consulting was established in 2005 and specialises in helping private and public organisations to plan, manage and implement business improvement initiatives. 

When you engage Cambia Consulting, you can expect us to:

  • Take the time to understand your business context, the drivers for improvement and desired outcomes – this is imperative so that we can provide you with the right guidance and assistance

  • Provide you with completely independent advice – we are not affiliated with any product vendors

  • Tailor an improvement approach specific for your business – we get that businesses are different and require a tailored service due to a multitude of reasons including their size, operating context,  specific regulatory requirements, level of business maturity, risk appetite etc.

  • Identify, engage and work with your stakeholders – the best solutions and processes are useless unless people feel that they are part of the improvement journey

  • NOT bamboozle you with buzz words or jargon – we find that using plain English (or Spanish when working with our Latin American friends) is the best way to communicate

The Team

Adam Hassan

Managing Director and Principal

Adam has over 26 years of experience innovating, leading, planning, managing and implementing capability improvement initiatives (with a strong ICT component) in Australia and Latin America. He has subject matter expertise in Engineering Asset Management and extensive consulting experience across strategy development, business transformation, performance and operational improvements across a broad range of industry sectors including all tiers of government, mining, airports, automotive, water and electricity utilities.

Adam holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Systems Engineering and formal qualifications in project management (PRINCE2 Practitioner).

Associates

Jeremy has over 15 years of experience implementing ICT solutions for local government, utilities and the education sector. He is highly skilled in software development, systems analysis and database design.  Over the past 6+ years he has been working in Agile project environments undertaking solution design, development, team leadership, and more recently project management. 

Jeremy holds a degree in Information Technology and is currently working towards obtaining a formal qualification in project management (PRINCE2 Practitioner).
